The top result is from Yubico, who worked with Google to develop U2F before other companies signed on, and has a history of making USB security keys. The Yubico U2F key is a good bet for $18. Generate one-time passwords (OTPs) or use the key as a U2F security key for two-factor authentication.
The more expensive YubiKey NEO is required if you want to use it with an Android device via NFC, though from what we can tell, this feature is limited to even fewer services, so it probably isn’t worth the extra cost at this point in time.
